The Welsh Government wishes to commission an evaluation of the Next Generation Broadband Wales (NGBW) Programme to cover the delivery period 2015 – 2018. The Programme is a joint Welsh Government and European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funded project designed to contribute to the Digital Agenda for Europe targets in Wales.The aim of the work is to provide Welsh Government with timely, robust evidence of the success of the Programme and provide recommendations for future, similar activity.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
