Evaluation of Property Infrastructure Fund and Property Business Development Grant

The Welsh Government wishes to commission an evaluation of the Property Infrastructure Fund (PIF) and Property Business Development Grant (PBDG) Programmes. The Programmes are joint Welsh Government and European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funded operations and are similar in nature, aiming to provide high quality business premises either through new speculative development or refurbishment of existing stock.The overall aim of the contract is to provide a joint process and impact evaluation of the Programmes. Two reports will be produced and published; at the mid-term (April – Dec 2019) and final (March 2022 – Jan 2023, approx) stages of the programmes.
