The Welsh Government, on behalf of the Welsh Ministers (hereafter referred to as ‘The Client’) wishes to invite interested parties to bid to undertake an evaluation of the Skills Conditionality Pilot. Following further consideration of policy options for skills conditionality it was determined that a Skills Conditionality Pilot would be introduced in Wales in spring 2014.
