Evaluation of the Building Resilience in Catchments (BRICs) Project

PLANED wishes to appoint an independent, professional, external evaluator for the employer and funders to assess how the BRICs project has performed against its forecast outcomes and activities and to learn any lessons that can be applied to the project or elsewhere. The appointed evaluator will be expected to audit the operation’s delivery against the aims and objectives of the operations, cross cutting themes, governance and delivery processes as required and in line with the Welsh Government (WG) Sustainable Management Scheme (SMS) requirements. This will include ensuring that the monitoring and evaluation methods and parameters are adequate and appropriately targeted and to audit the success of the project upon its completion.
