Evaluation of the Community Pharmacy Common Ailments Service

The Welsh Government wishes to invite interested parties to tender to undertake an evaluation of the pathfinder community pharmacy common ailments service. The pathfinders are being implemented from October 2013 in Cwm Taf and Betsi Cadwaladr Local Health Boards.The aim of the evaluation is to assess the effectiveness of the service in terms of the extent to which it has achieved the expected aims and objectives. The evaluation is likely to be mixed methods and will include process evaluation, outcome evaluation and economic analysis.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
