The Troubled Families Team in the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) has commissioned an independent national evaluation of the expanded Troubled Families Programme. This evaluation aims to demonstrate impact; measure value for money; and evaluate the transformation of services and effectiveness of a family intervention approach. Lot 2 covers trusted third party linking of personal identifiers to administrative data held by government departments, and linking of the administrative data to the two commissioned surveys.
