Evaluation of the Flexible Funding Project
Descriptions
The Welsh Government (WG) wishes to commission an evaluation of the Flexible Funding project, which is a different approach to early intervention, prevention and support (EIPS), including an alternative method of grant funding commencing in 2018/19. The overall aim of the evaluation is to provide robust and timely information on the implementation of the project, in order to understand how its delivery will affect the achievement of outcomes in the longer term. The intention is to maximise learning from the full flexibility pathfinders and the extended flexibility non-pathfinders in 2018/19, in order to feed into effective implementation of a single EIPS Grant in 2019/20, should that decision be made.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
