Evaluation of WEFO Communications 2007-2013

The Welsh Government ( on behalf of Welsh Ministers) is looking for an organisation to undertake a review of WEFO communications. The aim of the evaluation is two-fold. Firstly it needs to establish how relevant and effective different WEFO and project sponsor communications have been during the 2007-2013 Programmes in raising awareness of the European Structural Funds in Wales amongst key stakeholders and the general public. The roles of both WEFO and the project sponsors will need to be analysed. The evaluation will also assess the effectiveness of WEFO and project sponsors’ various approaches (WEFO website, project development officers, mailbox, helpline, social media etc.) in communicating key messages about the European Structural Funds in Wales
