Evelina Expansion Programme: Main Contract Works

We are looking to appoint a single Contractor that will be responsible for the full delivery of theTriangle Site Main Contract Works. This includes but is not limited to the following:Sub Structure (Structural), Super Structure (Structural), MEP Risers and External Envelope andFaçade, Interface with existing buildings, Internal Walls and Partitions, Doors and Openings, AllPlant, Vertical Transportation, Specialist Medical Equipment (TBC), Medical equipment specificinfrastructure, Landscaping, Reconfiguration of existing Evelina spaces, both re-purposed and whereTriangle Site joins. The current proposed route is to undertake a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (PCR Reg 29 procedure). We are issuing this PIN as a notification of a forthcoming opportunity to prepare the market for competition. In advance of the Main Contractor Works several pre-commencements Works will be carried out by the Trust, including, the Demolition of the existing buildings within the red line boundary of the Triangle site (St Thomas House & Dunhill Fitness Centre), Service Diversions, Preventative Works tothe existing ELCH; and Access & Egress. The design will also be developed to RIBA Stage 3, for thedevelop.
