Title: Event and Log Management SolutionFlintshire County Councils are looking to invest a maximum budget of £42,000 (ex VAT) in an event and log management system to provide the requirements laid out in GPG13 – protective monitoring. Protective monitoring is a set of business processes, with essential support technology that need to be put into place in order to oversee how ICT systems are used and to assure users accountability for their use of ICT facilities. The contract will be over a minimum term of 3 years, with the option of additional years subject to funding availability.The aims of the project is to procure, implement and configure a fully functional event and log management system to Flintshire County Councils infrastructure estate. The solution must meet GPG13 – protective monitoring as a minimum.
