Events concessions for Catering services, Bar and Ice Cream at Cardiff events 2012-2015

Cardiff Council is inviting qualified companies to tender for the following concession opportunities, these include bar, Ice cream and catering units to events within Cardiff council from 1 April 2012 to May 31st 2015 at the listed events. Concessions opportunities will be granted subject to certain conditions being met by experienced providers who have a proven track record of operating these units /high volume branded retail operations at prestigious outdoors events.The council will require each company to quote a minimum cash guarantee per event per category and a percentage gross turnover per events. The successful contractor will be expected to pay the higher figure if the percentage is higher than the cash guarantee.
