Events on 12th October 2016: Developing and investing in Older People’s Care Homes9.00 am – 12.00pm: Conwy Business Centre, Llandudno Junction14.00 pm – 17.00 pm: Ty Menai, Parc Menai, BangorI write to invite you to meet with senior Health and Social Care commissioners to discuss the future provision of care homes for older people in North Wales. The events with be facilitated by the Institute of Public Care, Oxford Brookes University in order to promote open dialogue.You may be aware that we are drafting a North Wales’ population needs assessment and a care home market position statement for older people in North Wales. In order to support this intelligence building, care homes have provided data on placements and workforce and we would like to explore the findings with you.We would also like to discuss anticipated future demand, risks to the sector in addition to opportunities for future development.
