South Tyneside Council wish to establish a framework agreement for the supply of event services including equipment and event stewarding. The framework agreement will be divided into lots and approximate values of each Lot are provided below: - Lot 1 - Barriers - £5,650. Lot 2 - Stages - £32,400. Lot 3 - Big screens - £18,500. Lot 4 - Temporary toilets - £12,700. Lot 5 - Temporary Offices and storage units - £3,000. Lot 6 - PA systems - £37,250. Lot 7 - Lighting - £9,620. Lot 8 - Marquees, tables and chairs - £14,400. Lot 9 - Radios - £1,050. Lot 10 - Stewarding - £19,150. Lot 11- PA, Lighting and AV provision indoor events - £5,500. Suppliers can bid for one or all Lot(s). It is envisaged there will be a maximum of 3 suppliers for all Lots dependent on the number and quality bids received. The 3 highest scoring suppliers will be ranked on each Lot.
