Aneurin Bevan University Health Board are seeking a senior programme manager.An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Programme Manager within the E-Systems Workforce Team of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board for an initial period of 6-months.The University Health Board are seeking someone who is determined and looking for a new challenge to provide senior leadership and management for the e-workforce systems projects.Reporting to the Director of Workforce & Organisational Development and to the Workforce Information Systems Programme Board, the Senior Programme Manager will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing the successful implementation of the E-workforce systems programme across all clinical wards and departments within the University Health Board.The candidate will have line management responsibility for the E-systems Project Managers and the Implementation Teams.This post is designed to ensure the effective delivery and functioning of the existing E-Systems projects and implement the new projects planned over the next 6 months including the implementation of Electronic Staff Record 2, the implementation of the BankStaff roster system and on-going review and management of the e-expenses contract.Ideally the candidate will be an experienced e-systems programme manager with a demonstrable experience in managing teams and leading change; have a drive and passion for improving services and ensuring the projects are delivered both on time and within the delegated budget.
