The London Borough of Bexley (Lot 1) is seeking tenders for its revenue services and financial assessments and the London Borough of Bromley (Lot 2) is seeking tenders for its exchequer services, these are both independent procurement processes including the evaluation.Bromley’s and Bexley’s respective specifications and requirements are different from each other — this is not a joint tender but two separate and independent tenders with alignment of the tender timetables.If any tenderers choose to submit a bid for both Lots, tenderers will have the opportunity, to offer a simple percentage discount to their tendered contract price for each Council (with no change in the services detailed in the specifications).Any such discount offered by a tenderer will be considered by each Council independently without comparison or communication during their respective evaluation processes and will only become effective if Bromley and Bexley each independently award to the same tenderer.
