This proposed programme will cater for DFT's Exco in April 2016. I t will be coordinated by the HR Team and so will have some additional benefits in terms of skills enhancement and development. The longer term impact of the away day will be to assist the Departmental leadership to support staff in - taking up corporate leadership roles in the Departmental Strategic initiatives - developing and supporting sustainable business plans and a culture of learning - developing individual and team leadership capability for the present and next generation of leaders.
