•Objective to complete WHQS works to include the repair/renewal/creation as appropriate of boundary fences, walls, gates, pathways , steps and handrails, garden safety, trees, hedges and car parking•To meet WHQS in terms of external works to properties as far as is achievable• Contractors should be able to demonstrate how they can make a contribution to the local economy and support Community Involvement• There is a possibility these works may interface with other internal improvement works. The programme will have to be carefully prepared in consultation with other teams, Project Managers and appointed contractor and sub-contractors.
