Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM), a delivery agent for the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA), acting on behalf of Rail North (RN) is managing the procurement exercise for the provision of executive recruitment services in connection with the recruitment of three senior roles for RN: Rail North Chair of the Partnership Strategic Board; Rail North Director; and Partnership Director TfGM has adopted the use of a web-based 'e-tendering' tool: ProContract for this procurement.
