Executive Team Development Programme
Descriptions
The Executive Programme must: Deliver a diagnostic phase, identifying the strengths and areas for development of individual members of the Executive Team and the team as a whole, using the methods set out below; Provide written reports and face to face feedback to individual members of the team and a written report to the Head of People / OD Manager on the outcomes of the diagnostic phase; Use the diagnostic phase outcome to develop in consultation with the Head or People / OD Manager the content and learning objectives of the remaining modules of the development programme; Provide support between residential modules to ensure that learning is embedded and continuous.
