Expert advice on EC and WEFO compliance, especially within the area of procurement

Minesto has a need for expert for advice on compliance to rules and regulations from the European Commission (EC) and the Welsh European Funding Office (WEFO), particularly within the area of procurement. More specifically, we are inviting to tender for the following services:•Expert competence on current rules and regulations of the European Structural and Investment Funds.•Expert competence in dealing with WEFO and WEFO’s rules, practises and guidelines in the 2014-2020 programmes.•Expertise in dealing with regulations concerning private companies as recipients of EC investments distributed through WEFO, including similarities with and differences from the conditions that apply to Contracting Authorities.•Expert knowledge on- Eligibility of costs for claims to WEFO- Reporting to WEFO- EC procurement procedures and processes- WEFO and EC requirements on documentation retention policies and proceduresNOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=36731.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
