Expert Consultant to Advance Development of Business Case for a New Torbay Domestic Abuse Service

Torbay Council have secured funding through the Big Lottery Fund (BLF) to support the appointment of an expert (or partnership) to advance research and development in the area of domestic violence and domestic abuse (DVA). The aim is to deliver a clear business case based on cost savings and a tariff mechanism that identifies a new service for Torbay which will improve outcomes and reduce the demand for high cost services across the TPST partnership. BLF have provided the funding under the headings ?Investor strategy and investor stakeholder engagement, expert stakeholder engagement and research, beneficiary cohort consultation and consultation and engagement with delivery partners?. The BLF requires the work to be completed by the end of May 2016.
