The Welsh Assembly Government would like to commission a piece of research investigating the transition of pupils between Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2 and pupils moving from the Foundation Phase to Key Stage 2.Specifically there are three elements to this piece of work: a literature review; case studies; and a small scale survey.The results from this work will be used to inform the roll-out of the Foundation Phase in Wales as well as future research and evaluation work in this area.
