The purpose of this PIN notice is to test the market and obtain expressions of interest from suitable suppliers of an offsite storage facility including the urgent shipment, maintenance and monitoring of Liquid Nitrogen for the storage of clinical stem cell products for transplantation. It is imperative that ONLY suppliers that can meet the criteria set out below under mandatory requirements should submit an expression of interest in a future tender. The mandatory requirements are absolute and cannot be amended under any circumstances.
