Norwich Historic Churches Trust invite expressions of interest for chancel roof repairs at the former church of St Michael Coslany. Specialist contractors experienced in repairing flint and masonry historic churches are invited to express interest in repairs to the chancel roof at St Michael Coslany following deterioration of historic timbers. Current estimated project value £100,000 - £200,000 with a two stages selection process. Tender evaluation and award criteria will be 40% price 60% quality. Please indicate availability for preferred start date in autumn 2021.
