Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust have a requirement for signage for a recent development at Derwenthorpe, York. Derwenthorpe was designed with sustainability as a guiding principle, therefore any signage must be hard wearing, low maintenance and designed to stand the test of time in terms of graphics, fonts and images used. We are looking for expressions of interest from suppliers who can design and provide signage for this development as indicated in the attached brief. Ball-park figure pricing will be useful to ensure that the budget is in place before further competition. When the tender documents have been made available, involved suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from the 'My Tenders' area of this website and selecting the 'View Details' button of this project. Expressions of interest will only be accepted until 26th April 2024 Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
