The All Wales Respiratory Health Implementation Group are completing and rolling out an extension to the National Competency Programme to include digital resources for the national winter plan to be completed ready for roll out by October 2019. The purpose of this VEAT is to advise the market place that the partnership with the Institute of Clinical Science and Technology will be secured via a compliant procurement process and any additional groups that fall within the Project Board delivery for education can be included as part of this process if within the capped value of the contract term.
