Tai Calon wish to appoint an experienced RICS accredited Building Surveying company to inspect and report on the current condition, repair, maintenance and replacement requirements of 65 blocks of low rise purpose built flats. The purpose of the surveys is to inform the Capital program for leasehold properties. Identify what works are required to the external elements, common parts and external areas of blocks containing one or more leasehold flat and to determine what works need to be carried out and when the works need to be carried out.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
