Descriptions
The Council wishes to create a framework of preferred suppliers for digital and lithographical print (and any associated design services). Expenditure could total between 50 000 GBP and 80 000 GBP annually. Members of the framework will also be given 1st option to quote on any ‘web off-set printing the Council requires (approx. 10 000 GBP a year). When the framework starts, individual print jobs will be quoted on by the framework members, with the lowest quote winning the job (if delivery time and specifications can be met).If you cannot provide all print requirements it is likely your response shall be rejected. The type of design services that may be required are:— Level 3 — Text and Image Change;— Level 2 — Text revision (sentence/paragraph);— Level 1 — Minor text change (price or date). The Council's more unique design requirements will be purchased through a different procurement process or may be supplied in-house.The framework will be established for a period of 2 years with 2 further options to extend for another year (2 + 1 + 1), making a potential contract length of 4 years in total.Prices will be fixed for the duration of the contract (up to 4 years). There will be no guarantee of work or volumes or being asked to quote on every print job.The Council will add new members to the framework/s as and when Contractors are removed (if they are no longer fulfilling the contractual requirements), based on their final ranking in the tender process.
