Providing external surveys to 55 no. high rise housing blocks with a height range of 6 to 18 storeys - •Reporting findings of surveys to the Client for each building. •Using both abseil techniques and Mobile Elevated Working Platforms (MEWPs) depending upon the location and the access limitations of each individual block. •Undertaking visual inspection surveys on site to determine the condition of the structure, claddings and render, identifying any defects and recommending future inspection programme frequencies or rectification solutions including structural engineering advice regarding these solutions. •Cutting out or removing defective structures and materials and carrying out emergency repairs to minor defects which may cause a danger to the public if left untreated. •Providing intrusive surveys, including removing and reinstating external brick cladding/structures to determine underlying structural defects. •Providing safety surveys to insulated render and making patch repair.
