Invitation to Tender for the supply and installation of External Wall Insulation to circa 84 x Magenta Living properties, in Bromborough, Wirral, Merseyside This project is subject to European Regional Development Funding (ERDF ) as part of a joint venture group called "Viridis". It is expected that the use of solid wall insulation will be applied through an innovative approach and/or as part of a whole place solution to support the installation of innovative low carbon solutions, leading to a reduction in GHG (green house gas) emissions contributing to climate change targets. Beneficiaries will be Magenta Living who will benefit from more energy efficient stock, and tenants with more efficient, warm homes which may help reduce fuel poverty.
