Descriptions

Newport city homes requires an external works contract to 99 houses and 22 blocks of flats. We are replacing the first course of felt and renewing the soffits fascias and barge boards. There are a small number of Finlock gutters that will also have to be removed and refitted as per specification and drawings. There are also a number of complete roof covering replacements within the project and insulated and non-insulated flat roofing. Also on a number of the properties along with the roofing works we are removing the external cladding on the first floor areas. We will be replacing with an EWI system (Phenolic) and a silicone based render system in keeping with our current stock.We are also replacing some built in concrete and steel balconies on a number of blocks and replacing with steel, bolt on, replacements.
