Descriptions
ESPO is undertaking a procurement process to identify and appoint a number of suppliers to supply librarystock.The framework will include 4 lots as follows:— Lot 1: Adult Fiction, Non-Fiction, and Reference Materials,— Lot 2: Children’s Fiction and Non-Fiction,— Lot 3: Audio-Visual, and,— Lot 4: Foreign Language.The stock will generally be required to be supplied “serviced”, i.e. complete with stock labels, date stamps, RFIDtags, etc.Customers will primarily be local authorities, but could also include; any eligible body responsible for ordering public library stock, education establishments, such as universities, among others.It is anticipated that between 3 and 5 Suppliers shall be awarded a place on the framework for each lot.
