As part of the UK In Kind Contribution, STFC is responsible for delivering 84 tested high-dressed elliptical cavities capable of achieving 22.9 MV/m at 704 MHz, with a Qo better than 5 x 109, which will be installed in 21 high-Cryomodules, 4 cavities per Cryomodule.This tender is for the procurement of the superconducting cavities of the high-section at 704.42 MHz of the proton LINAC for the European Spallation Source (ESS).Cavities are to be equipped with the He-tank and will be produced ready to be RF tested. STFC will provide the Niobium material.STFC may wish to purchase the following optional extras after initial order placement:1) 4 additional cavities;2) 5 additional repetitions of the final BCP;3) 20 additional repetitions of the HPR cycle.
