•The cleaning and painting of the external masonry, woodwork and metal work of 37 no. properties at Lower Main Street, Bridge Street, Well Road, Peppers Lane & Church Street, Portlaoise as detailed in Appendix I- Portlaoise Facade Enhancement Scheme Paint Specifications, which is included with the tender documents.•Only the front facade of the majority of the buildings require cleaning/ painting however some gable walls will also be painted as outlined in Volume C- Pricing Document. While properties no. 7 (Bridge Street Centre) and no.18 (Laois County Council Apartments) require the full external masonry of the property to be painted, as per the Specification. •Please refer to Appendix I- Portlaoise Facade Enhancement Scheme Paint Specifications for further details on the scope of works for each property. Pricing document to be completed in accordance with this document. •Please note all paint for each of the properties will be supplied by the client. All other materials, tools, plant and equipment required for the painting of the properties shall be provided by the contractor.• All Properties to be visited prior to submission of tender price.
