Northern Gas Networks have identified the need for a framework of contractors focused on future Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) investments related to our 'facilities' building stock. Suppliers will be expected to provide quotes under the framework for a range of minor fit outs, various building improvements, through to comprehensive construction projects. The Scope of Requirement detail can be found in the attachment of this tender notice. The scope encompass' a variety of commercial building types focusing on the offices and depots throughout the network.
