The Welsh Assembly Government is looking to implement a more effective and efficient model for the delivery of FM services to its core administrateive esate. To achieve this, a regional structure has been developed to deliver Soft Facilities Management Services across the estate. This is the second phase of procurement to realise this vision, and will involve the procurement of Soft Facilities Management Services for four regions across Wales. The Welsh Assembly Government, on behalf of the Welsh Ministers, will be conducting this procurement exercise through the etenderwales portal https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk Tender documents and other information must be downloaded from and returned through this portal.
