Specialist training services. Training and simulation in military electronic systems. Falcon is a tactical trunk communications system, which delivers secure voice and data over an all Internet Protocol system across multiple security domains. A contract is to be placed to provide, support and maintain a White Fleet Training Equipment (WFTE) solution, Media Based Training (MBT) and Instructor capability at both Blandford Camp and RAF Leeming for the delivery of a Steady State Training (SST) Service from Apr 15 onwards as per the annually published Statement of Trained Requirement (SOTR). The contract requirement shall encompass a full service wrap for the WFTE and ensure it replicates the functionality of the operational Green Fleet equipment, any upgrades or changes throughout the period of the Contract. The Contract is also to ensure that throughout the period of the Contract the MBT remains in alignment with the operational Green Fleet to ensure the SST Service courseware reflects the requirement of the current in service Front Line Command (FLC) Falcon Fleet.
