Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council, through the Tackling Poverty Strategic Group, is requesting expressions of interest in delivering the Families First Programme in Merthyr Tydfil.The programme will consist of 4 large, multi-agency projects which will form part of the new Families First Programme to commence on 1st April 2018.The successful organisation(s) will be expected to work closely with Cwm Taf University Health Board and the Local Authority through the Team Around the Family.Further specific information will be available during the Provider Day on 24th October 2017 and within the full specifications to be finalised by the end of October 2017.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=71940.
