Faringdon Academy of Schools is a Multi Academy Trust based in Faringdon and the surrounding villages. There are eight schools in the Trust — seven primary schools and one secondary with Sixth Form provision. Faringdon Academy of Schools is conducting a tender process to award a contract for the provision of both cleaning and catering services to commence on 1 September 2020. At present the Trust schools are a mix of in-house and outsourced provision for both cleaning and catering services. Due to the diverse nature of the two services being tendered, the award criteria at the Invitation to Tender stage is different for each lot as follows:• lots 1 to 8: cleaning,• quality: 75 %,• price: 25 %,• lot 9 - 15: catering,• suality: 85 %,• price: 15 %.
