Descriptions
This is the renewal of a current contract for a clear and clean service for social housing the Council has over 30,000 Council houses which are let throughout Fife. This contract shall have two sections, the first for all internal clear and clean and the second for all external garden clearance and tidy.Section 1This section is for a clear & clean service which requires the following elements:— clear & clean when properties become available for re-let,— ad-hoc clear & clean as determined by appropriate Council staff,— ad-hoc stair cleaning as determined by appropriate Council staff,— regular stair cleaning service at predetermined specific locations.Once a house has been vacated by the tenants the property must be cleared of all unwanted items and materials and cleaned to the required standard and ready to be re-let to new tenants.Fife Council also provides a regular stair cleaning service in some locations across Fife.Section 2This section is for a garden clearance and garden tidy service which requires the following elements:— garden clearance at vacant properties,— garden tidy at vacant properties,— ad-hoc garden tidy as determined by appropriate Council staff.Tenderers may bid for either or both sections of this tender.
