Descriptions
The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Multi-Party Framework Agreement (FA) to assist the Council’s delivery and implementation of the planning support necessary to achieve sustainable development to: 1.Prepare, co-ordinate and deliver Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and provision of review and/or mentoring service of Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA).2.Carry out review of Environmental Impact Assessment Reports and Environmental Impact Assessment Screening reports and provision of review and/or mentoring service of Environmental Impact Assessment. 3.Provide information and assessment to inform screening for Environmental Impact Assessment and the carrying out of Environmental Impact Assessment.4.Carry out review of Appropriate Assessment Screening Reports and Natura Impact Statements.5.Provide information and assessment to inform screening for SEA and Appropriate Assessment (AA) for LAPs, Masterplans, Urban Framework Plans and other relevant work in relation to plans or projects; undertake the preparation and review of SEA and Natura Impact Reports and Natura Impact Statements for plans and projects including the carrying out of any necessary ecological surveys and assessments.6.Carry out review of Ecological Impact Assessments.7.Any other related ancillary services related to the above.
