Coleg Ceredigion (hereinafter referred as “The College” or “CC”), wishes to appoint a suitably qualified individual or organisation to carry out a skills gap analysis on the Construction sector in Ceredigion and provide a report on the data collected, which will be presented in a Construction Conference.The appointed Individual / Organisation will be expected to:Audit the needs of local construction businesses.Identify a means of creating closer engagement and collaboration between local construction business and Coleg Ceredigion in order to ensure the development of a robust curriculum, which meets the needs of the sector.Identify and explore Welsh language needs in the workplace.Identifying future opportunities such as developing new curriculum and potential new ways of working.The ability of the successful tenderer to communicate bilingually is seen as a core requirement of this study.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=88197.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
