The ICT framework will support the 6 Regional FE Colleges in the delivery of minor works projects. 3 regional single operator framework agreements will be established to take forward the delivery of minor works projects (up to GBP 500 000) using an established NEC4 measured term framework. The 3 regions are:Lot 1: North: Northern Regional College (NRC) and North West Regional College (NWRC);Lot 2: Central: Belfast Metropolitan College (BMC) and South Eastern Regional College (SERC); andLot 3: South: Southern Regional College (SRC) and South West College (SWC).
