Background InformationAntur ‘Stiniog is a not for profit organisation limited by guarantee, and its’ aims and objectives are to develop the Ffestiniog area as an outdoor activities destination.A major element in this is the construction of an uplift road as part of the broader mountain bike trail developments, on land under the ownership of W G Greaves and Son, Llechwedd, Blaenau Ffestiniog.Scope of SupplyThe road will be approximately 2.2km long, 3m wide with passing places and piped culverts. The work will include – Excavation and disposal of unsuitable material. Supply and fit geo-textile material as required.Supply, transport and place fill material. Supply, transport, place to required gradient and compact type 1 sub-base blinded with dust.Supply and place relevant drainage pipes, and associated works.
