Gwahoddwyd i gyflwyno eich sylwadau ar y bwriad i gyhoeddi tendr ar gyfer fframwaith cyflenwi a dosbarthu dillad ac esgidiau diogelwch i Gyngor Gwynedd.Beth yw Fframwaith?Fframwaith yw cytundeb sydd yn sefydlu termau ag amodau ar gyfer pryniant o'r fath am gyfnod y fframwaith. Nid oes gwarant o unrhyw fath ar gyfer defnydd o'r fframwaith.Y lotiau arfaethedig yw: -Lot 01 - Dillad Personol DiogelwchLot 02 - Esgidiau DiogelwchLot 03 - Iwnifform, Dillad Gwaith a ChwaraeonLot 04 – HamddenLot 05 – Offer Diogelwch PersonolLot 06 – ArbenigolFydd y lotiau uchod yn adlewyrchu’r farchnad, os ddim oes modd esbonio’n bellach?Mae’n debygol fydd i’n amod y tendr i dderbyn y nwyddau o fewn 7 - 10 diwrnod am eitemau sydd yn cynnwys logo (brodwaith neu brint) ag 2 diwrnod gwaith am eitemau safonol.Ynghlwm i’r rhybudd hon gwelir rhestr o eitemau craidd sydd yn eitemau mae Cyngor Gwynedd yn prynu ar hyn o bryd (nwyddau nodedig). Mae’n ddymunol nad oes llawer o newidiadau i’r eitemau ac yr ydym yn ofyn am brofiad o fewn y farchnad i rannu os yw’r eitem yn agored i’r farchnad. Yn ogystal os ydi’r eitem yn gyfyngedig a oes gennych ganlyniadau profion i ymddangos safon y nwyddau eraill?Byddwn yn defnyddio’r sylwadau i lunio’r tendr fydd yn mynd allan oddeutu 11/02/2019 a bydd y gwasanaeth angen cychwyn oddeutu 14/04/2019.Opinions are sought for the intention to establish a framework to supply and delivery of clothing to Gwynedd Council.What is a framework?It is a general term for agreements that set out terms and conditions for making specific purchases (call-offs).This framework lots are proposed as: -Lot 01 - Protective ClothingLot 02 - Protective FootwearLot 03 - Uniform, Work wear and Sports wearLot 04 – LeisureLot 05 – Personal Protective EquipmentLot 06 – SpecialistsPlease let us know if you consider the above lots to be fair and market facing. If you do not agree please state why.It is envisaged that delivery requirement will require to be 7-10 for personalised items (e.e. embroidery or print logo) or 2 working days for all other items.This notice includes a list of core items that are based on current products used (branded). The least amount of variation to these items are desirable and we seeking your market knowledge on how easily accessible these branded items are. Also when it comes to alternatives do you have certified test results to prove the item is of equal or better quality than the branded item? E.g.
