Fife Housing Group - Clean and Clear Contract 3 Years

We are looking to engage an experienced and competent clean and clearance contractor to assist in our void and one off work activities for the next three year period. We want to build a professional relationship with this contractor to assist in the delivery of your various works streams and works pro-actively will all internal and external stakeholders positively. The work flows are as follows: As an estimate, based on expenditure in recent years, the contract value will be in the region of 100kGDP annually. We are looking to appoint a contractor on a three year contract, with the option of two single year extensions, if agreed. The requirements of this contract are detailed in the Specification document but some additional key information is as follows -Working to all required FHG Policies and Procedures, including GDPR to protect the data of all parties. -Complete clean and clearance works to all of our void stock. Safely remove discarded items and professionally clean the property to the standards we require for void turnovers and to meet our lettable standard. -Works to include garden areas where a safe inspection and clearance may be required to ensure the areas are left clean and safe -Records of sanitisation, where required, to provide comfort that the properties are safe from, for example, COVID 19. -All site operatives are to be trained, experienced and competent to carry out their roles on site. -Prior to commencement, full Risk Assessments will be required. Full PPE as described in contractor’s Risk Assessment sheets must be worn at all times. All of our property records and information will be stored within our Aareon Housing Management system. It is paramount that all of our information is stored and maintained within this system. Our chosen contractor may be given appropriate access to this system and will be issued all surveys as ‘work orders’ and will be responsible for completing on the system once undertaken. This system will also be used for invoicing and finance tracking. Full training will be provided prior to executing the contract but this level of administration should be considered and included as part of the prices submitted in Appendix A – Pricing document.
