To establish a supplier for the Evaluation of the Delivering Low Carbon Skills in Wales project.This will form part of the Delivering Low Carbon Skills Project. The project consists of a number of pilot training programmes and research projects. This evaluation will focus on just the pilot training elements.Training providers have tendered to deliver the training, and it will be offered to employers across Wales to be delivered between June and December 2011. The evaluation of the Delivering Low Carbon Skills in Wales Project will look to establish the effectiveness and impact of the various training pilots. It will need to focus on both the social and financial return on investment. This evaluation will be key to shaping future skills, training and funding strategies within the low carbon agenda in Wales as well as informing the shape and continuing delivery of the current Delivering Low Carbon Skills Project.
