Descriptions
The Council requires a FMIS and CM system(s) and Hosting Service to provide integrated and flexible functionality to support all aspects of financial and budgetary management required by a modern Local Authority working in partnership with other agencies.Ideally the system(s) / solution should be integrated and web enabled and operates to improve the Council's efficiency in processing financial transactions and provide the means for efficient interfaces to other Council systems.The system(s) / solution must comply with all relevant United Kingdom and European Union legislation, the CIPFA/LASAAC Code of Practice on Local Authority Accounting in the United Kingdom and the Service Reporting Code of Practice. Where relevant, the system / solution must be Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant.
