CAP UK wants to embark on a business transformation programme which will improve frontand back-end services for both customers and colleagues. The way in which the charity sectormakes use of IT is undergoing a radical change, often utilising cloud-based technologies thatallow information to flow seamlessly throughout an organisation, ideally suited to an agile andmobile operating environment.In October 2022 CAP UK agreed to replace the existing Finance Management applications inplace. As part of their IT Strategy, they will only consider applications running on the Microsoftand Sun Systems platform.
