Newport City Homes requirement under this Contract is for Newport City Homes wish to carry out essential fire safety related works to various flats within the boundary of Newport. The works consist of (where required) replacing internal doors to fire doors, replacing flat entrance fire doors, installing, and replacing smoke detectors, replacing fire rated windows, amongst other smaller associated works.
